The Technical Services department are accountable for providing expertise in mining engineering, mine survey, mine geology, hydrogeology and geotechnical engineering within the business. For a Site Technical Services Superintendent, this means leading a team of 11 multi-disciplined industry professionals to ensure that the Site Mine Production Plan is achieved.
You will receive support and context from the Manager of Technical Services whilst you shape the priorities, and drive the performance of the specialists in your team. You will significantly contribute to the services offered by Technical Services across our Pilbara sites as you identify process improvements in all the technical service areas plus the delivery of short and medium term mine plans.
