This established and successful gold producer has a proven track record of operating successful gold mines throughout Western Australia and beyond. They have a strong senior management team that is well respected in the industry and have achieved operating targets for the last 3 financial years.

They are seeking candidates with proven experience in a similar position. The main responsibilities of the role will include

* Designing and implementing plans for underground projects
* Monitoring daily actuals vs schedule
* Instructing contractors daily and weekly on priorities and targets.
* Scheduling and coordination of underground projects
* Supervising Production and Graduate Engineers
* Supervising collection of data and end-of-month accruals


The below qualifications and experience are essential:
* Tertiary degree in Mining Engineering
* Proven experience in an underground planning role, preferrably with narrow vein gold deposits
* Experience with Surpac and MineWorks planner essential
