Due to the continued expansion of the highly advanced Area C- Iron Ore operations; we are seeking to recruit a Senior Mining Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your technical and leadership skills in this strategic mine planning and operating role. With fantastic village facilities and 10am flights (on our time), you will experience the extra benefits of this FIFO role.

Why does the job exist?

To be successful in this role you will be a team player willing to assist across the operation and mentor graduate engineers. You will also prepare production reports and provide technical expertise in blast master and design implementation and be able to identify and undertake improvement projects through to implementation.

What skills and experience do you need?

This exciting opportunity is suitable for a focused professional with well-developed problem solving skills and previous experience in a similar role. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have a significant post graduate experience in the mining or resources sector with a Mining Engineering (or equivalent) Degree.
